I understand cancellations happen sometimes. I require a non-refundable retainer to hold your spot. If you need to reschedule, you can do so no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will give me the opportunity to fill your appointment time with another client. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, or don’t call or show up for your appointment you will be charged for the full service. If you are sick, we will work it out. If weather is inclement, we will work it out. Please do not come to an appointment if you have cold or flu-like symptoms. I will not provide services to anyone with persistent coughing, sneezing, or fever. My dog depends on me bringing home a paycheck to buy her treats, so if I get sick and can’t work, she’ll be sad since there will be no money for treats.
